How It Works
DM Arrives
A customer sends a DM to your Instagram Business account. Meta's webhook delivers it to AIDM in real-time.
Classify & Compose
The worker classifies the intent (pricing? booking? complaint?) and composes a reply from your FAQs and booking link.
Reply or Hand Off
If AIDM can answer, it sends a natural-feeling reply after a short delay. If not, it flags the thread for your team.
